"Location and price were fine but the windows/blinds situation is not ideal. With walls so thin, it is bad enough that neighbors can hear my existence so clearly, but the large windows and lack of truly modern functional blinds make it possible to see my existence clearly as well. Curtains are a must here.....and maybe some earplugs."
"Merton Manor has been my home for the past 7 years. Since the transition back in April 2017 when Kismet Property Management, LLC took over, The company has shown a great interest in making sure our requests are being met. Our back parking lot was repaved which was in need of repair, Extermination is done on the property routinely to prevent infestation, the grounds are being kept up and maintenance issues are being handled in a timely manner. Merton Manor is a beautiful hidden secret in the Memphis area and a place I'm proud to call home."
