Campus Heights Apartments

"I just watched a video on FB about these apartments. THERE IS ABSOLUTLY NO WAY THESE APT SHOULD STILL BE OPEN. I NEED TO KNOW WHO TO CONTACT FOR THE FILTH I JUST WITNESS..... MOLD,TRASH EVERYWHERE,BUSTED PIPES ETC. THERE IS NO WAY I REPEAT NO WAY PPL SHOULD BE LIVING IN THIS CONDITION. I CAN'T BELIVE WHAT I JUST SAW. UNHEALTHY & SICK!!!!!"

"Wooden slats to replace missing concrete stairs? Horrible parking lot. The second star on my rating was because the apartments are actually bigger inside than they look from the outside. I guess it's okay if that's all you can afford, I've seen worse. But I personally wouldn't want to live there. (I was there to visit someone)"

"They are run by slumlords. The sewer system is always clogged up. They don't fix anything. Roach and rat infested. Please do not rent from them u will regret it dearly"

But the peeps are all down to earth and humble. We took a big selfie in front to remember our happy times."

"This place is horrible....my apt smells like mold due to plumbing problems from the apt underneath...leasing consultants embesells money...maintenance doesnt fix anything..EVER.. no central air...(lied in the add about central a/c) only been here 5 months and nothing works!!! They always running out of receipts when it's time to pay rent!! I'm about to get the media over here..plus there's no security in site!!! These apts are straight bogus!!!"
