"I love these apartments. Rent is affordable. Grounds are kept clean , pretty quiet and convenient neighborhood. The washer and dryer included are a heaven send. The office lady, Lakendra, is kind and helpful. My only dislike is how thin the walls are… I can hear just about everything my neighbors are doing and saying and that makes me uncomfortable. I try to keep sound on in my background to avoid being tuned in on everyone else’s lives lol"

"waring Flat Apartments is a great place to live nicely renovated I have lived here for 3 years the service is nice the office manager lakendra is a wonderful and concern leasing lady I am a handicap tenant maintenance Daryl is a godsend person I'll ask him could you help me he said sure before I even told him what I needed I asked Daryl could you please help me with my trash because I have problems walking Daryl went above and beyond his job to help me he is a very very kind young man a very hard working young man you can tell that he value his job I thank God for a very concern leasing manager and a great maintenance man Daryl. Kendra even though she was having her baby she never was unkind always nice. Kendra value her job as well she is a kind concerning manager. Thank you Kendra and Daryl for you guys concerns."

"I've been in one of the Waring Park Flats complexes for almost 4 months now and love everything about it. The new appliances and in unit w/d are a huge plus. No dishwasher is one con but not the end of the world. I looked for a new place to live for a long time and I'm glad bc it led me here and I dont regret for a second choosing Waring Park Flats. I feel safe, secure, and I know Ashleigh, the landlord/property manager, is going to take care of anything I need in a timely manner. Just love her to death, couldn't ask for anyone better.
