"I can explain both sides of this place Cons : Poor maintenance, the leasing office workers are rude to residents especially to international students . Unnecessary fines to internationals. No clean common area is provided while moving in but generally fine residents for cleanup issues while leaving the apartment. Pros: spacious Close to University"

"The management here is trash! Do not live here!! The prices were unacceptable for the amount of space you got and they do not care about you and only want money! They don't work with you even if you still owe them!! And they don't tell you anything when making a decision! If you Value your time and money don't live here!!!"

"This was the first apartment I ever stayed in on my own and let me tell you there are better places to stay with roommates for the same or cheaper prices. Do the math this place is overpriced for what you get. We had a mold problem for months and all they did was wipe it off. The furniture they gave us had holes, and mold, and was just dirty. The TRAIN omg no. Also, the internet is horrid at times. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Don’t let them switch companies again because you will not get your deposit back. I will say the people in the leasing office are nice. Most of them."

"Don’t live here!!! Lack of professionalism and communication. I had to go through Facebook to get someone to tell me who to contact about move out charges. They STILL didn’t reply, yet I receive a move out statement a month AFTER I’ve been trying to contact them about my balance. The photos are how they let me move INto the unit and they’re charging me outrageous prices for leaving the unit CLEANER than they let me move into it. They won’t provide me and explanation or photos as to why the charges are what they are either!"

"I pay $850 a month just to come home to an unnexceptable amount of trash scattered throughout all the floors and in the parking lot road where i can barely drive though! DO NOT live here if you expect cleanliness and professionalism from management period!"
