Is this help for mothers and their children to live in your unit who cannot afford regular rent or is this for the men in their lives as well or husband to live with them who has no type of resources?? "Went to visit my neice in her 1st apartment, she's a college student, and I was very surprised at how well laid out these are. The square footage is kind of on the low end, but it's just right for a starter place. Has a full living room, space for a dinette, full kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Not a lot of hanging out in the breezeway other that people going in and out if their homes. Noise level was quiet from the upstairs neighbors, and they are affordable for someone on a fixed income or just starting out."
