"I was in IOP and it was sooooo important for me to finish I went everytime I was supposed to be there and then there started being notes on the door saying come back on the next date never received phone calls telling me not to come. I had to drive an hour to get there on top of that not having insurance and had a grant. I had iop classes plus I had one on one therapy I had not started so when they started the notes then closed iop out of no where I called took me days to finally get someone to answer talked to some guy who told me I could do one on ones that he would call back he never called back I kept calling him and he kept putting me off for over a month then finally says they don’t have the therapy work for me. Mine was 100% paid for by the state so I should have gotten my therapy. Completely not fair. Now I have so much more I’m facing. I trusted this place and it really messed things up for me."

"The staff are very kind and welcoming. It was easy to make an appointment and I got in to see someone right away for a medical visit. They've got primary care and psychiatry, plus a substance abuse treatment program. I would send my family and friends there."
