Alexmire Apartments

"I called the property, on several occassion and left voicemails for the property manager (Charles). In regards to setting an appointment to view a property. I never received a call back from anyone. On 6/14/2023, I call the property and i was fortunate to get charles on the phone. I asked about the availible units and I was inform about one that was availible. He stated my name sounded familar. I informed him, that i have left voicemails, because looking to relocate in a couple of months. I asked to set up a veiwing, because the sign at the property say to call for an appointment. Charles, informed me before setting an appointment he basicly does a phone screening first. Due to the fact that I've called and left voicemails, that were received and not returned. The explaination given was, because he felt he could meet my expectation as a property manager. He declined to allow me to veiw, apply or rent at this property."

"This is a great place to live in South Memphis. Please consider letting some tenants coming from the apartments that are being shut down. Because they will eventually bring the rift rats in and the Alexmire Apartments will be crime ridden like once before they shut them down and remodeled them. Let's keep it nice and safe for people who like to be around calmness instead of foolishness!!"

"Very Secure, losts of Security Camera, landlord a little strict, but that's ok if you want a safe place to stay, very clean and quiet"
