"Beautiful building, great communication throughout the surgical process, and nice facilities for the patient's family including snack machines and a Keurig (only powdered sugar and creamer are provided). *Do bring your fav K-cups and Splenda or Stevia! Plenty of space to spread out for social distancing, a nice counter area to work on your laptop or eat a snack. I love that there are lots of electrical outlets and several side tables with USB plugs. *Remember to bring your charging cable and brick."

"My entire experience at UOS has exceeded expectations. From being seen in the urgent care, to my surgery, and physical therapy and post op- it’s been a breath of fresh air. The doctors, PAs, nurses, radiology techs, physical therapists, and receptionists are exceptional. I have felt taken care of, validated, and heard throughout this process of breaking my collarbone. It was an incredibly scary and difficult injury, especially the surgery, but UOS staff made me feel so much more comfortable. I’m really not one to write a review, but I have not had a medical experience quite like this. If you have an orthopedic issue, go to UOS!"

"Highly unprofessional office manager, Sherry. Arrogant, unempathetic, unorganized. Sherry cancled an appointment that was scheduled more than 30 days in advance without notice. I left Sherry a voicemail after speaking with the billing department about a billing conflict. The billing manager was unable to give me a timeframe or dates of service on 1000+ in unexplained medical expenses. I left Sherry a message hoping to reach someome that would be able to assist me with the information I needed as time was crucial to the current injury I have. Sherry cancled my appoinent without notice becuase I briefly mentioned in the voice I would like to be seen in addition to my post op check up, for a new injury sustained while waiting for the month out appointment for my originaly injury. I was treated harshly and I did mention in my voicemail i lived nearly 2 hours away from their facility. She has a secratary let me know upon calling to confirm appointment that it had been cancled. Within this stressful and very difficult time in which I am unable to Drive, or do regular routines sherry was the most unprofesional and unsympathetic office worker I have ever encountered. Shame on Sherry, and shame on the University for being affiliated with such a cruel and cold surgeons office. If you have another option availble ....run from this doctors office who treats their patients like they truly dont matter. The lack of profesionalism and empathy is unreal for a person that is a Manager of people dealing with the public."

"I visited with my mom for a xray this morning. They were very friendly and did their best to get her in and out as quickly as possible. They have several handicap spots right up front and then a short walk to the elevator"
