"Good luck even getting a viewing. I had an appointment scheduled and there was constant communication until I arrived. Then I heard nothing from any employee, couldn’t get anyone on the phone, and the doors were locked. I took time off of work without pay for this appointment. Don’t even bother with this company."

"I won’t write a lengthy review as I’ve already done so for the Printers Alley property. Living here was my worst nightmare. You can hear every word from your neighbors home. Paper thin walls. Roof leaks, doors slamming, no windows to really open. Just terrible. Find somewhere else to live. Perhaps outside of Gus because this just wasn’t a suitable place for a human."

"Not worth $200 a month! This is the worst living experience I've ever had in my life. The walls in this building are for visual privacy only. You can literally hear your neighbors every move and every word. I broke my lease after 8 months and demanded a full refund of my deposit. Anyone who's living there now you should do the same. You have the right as a tenant to "quiet enjoyment" of your leased property/home. This was just suppose to be a transition stay for me, but I couldn't make it through it. The place feels like you're renting a dorm room for $1100 a month. But then again dorm room's weren't as noisy as this place."

"I moved into the Annex Lofts in 2018. This has been the worst living experience EVER!! Where do I begin, the leaks are terrible! It took them over 6 months to finally stop the leaks from the ceiling. The walls are about as thin as a sheet of notebook paper. Whenever my neighbors smoke weed it comes through the walls and floors. The reserved parking is a joke because during beale street music fest, people parked in reserved spots that tenants payed for yet those cars were not towed. The management company does nothing about your simple complaints. You can hear every single word your neighbors say because of how poorly constructed the building is. I would advise that NO ONE moves here. I cannot wait until my lease is up!!!!! It’s trash!!!"

"Apartments are very poorly built and overpriced. Walls are so cheaply constructed, you can hear everything—EVERYTHING—your neighbors do. Roof has been leaking for over a year. Zero amenities. No building security. No rooftop access. No gym. Packages routinely stolen from mail room. There are so many other choices downtown now, I can't imagine why someone would choose to live here. Front office is helpful, but management company is not. Poor experience. Do not recommend."
