Oakshire Downs Apartments and Townhomes

"Apartments look very run down. And there's trash all over. Inside the apartment, the foundation is cracking. The paint job is terrible. This apartment needs to be upgraded very badly!"

"I lived in these apartments from 1997 - 2008. I needed a place I could afford to raise my daughter. These apartments were not the best when I moved in and now it's a deserted ghost town. To the owners, why lie because you NEVER started renovations from 3 years ago. You say it would be finished for people to move in and it still looks the same! I am now a homeowner and live very close to these apartments. I drive past it everyday and this morning decided to take a walkthrough. I'm really surprised there are a few people who are living there. There's no one in the Leasing office, so are people living there for free now? It's time to demolish and start all over again to brighten up the area. That land could be used to build a facility for homeless people."

"Nice place. Seems a little dated but maintenance seems to work hard. The grounds were clean and residents were very friendly. I would feel comfortable calling Oakshire Downs my home. Still looking but this place is nice. Oh, staff was extremely helpful and rate were reasonable."
