"Stay away. Stay far away, or maybe you don't have to because they like playing hide and seek with their office, moving it every few months. On my last appointment, I got stuck in bad traffic along the way putting making me late. Not only did they not have the flexibility to get me into my appointment (though doctors can always be late). But the girl at the desk initiated a series of slanderous insults, referring to me as "irresponsible" and other nonsense, and as I was leaving the rest of the office chimed in. Ultimately, our brief exchange was blown out of proportion when they told it to management and I was abandoned as a patient (a form of malpractice) before they had a chance to hear my side of things. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in a business, ever! The only good thing I can say is my doctor's nurse was very good, that is, when I could get through to her."
"Dr. Trudell was my favorite. Dr Rider is my Dr. now, & I've never met him. They have Erin Picowitz seeing me. I think she is nice but it is ALL confusing since the owner buyout & the reconstruction of buildings. I received a letter telling me that I might be going to a different office. I will call beforehand because we are on Central Time & they are an hour ahead"
"Dr Rider was a very caring his office staff is terrible and rude to both me and my wife over simple medical records request from the one visit that we had. They acted like we were crazy for wanting to go to the Cleveland clinic in search of answers to vision problems sounds like we aren’t the only people that have had issues with the office staff."
"I have been trying since Monday to get my MRI results. I have missed their calls twice. The first one Monday said to call back as soon as possible. I did and left a message before noon, no reply. Got the next call before they opened at 7:40am and missed it (was busy setting up for virtual workday and not expecting a call before their office hours). I called back immediately and left another message, no reply. Called back today, no reply. For the telling me to call back immediately I hope my MRI was clear. I’ve never had so much trouble getting in touch to get lab results before. I even put on my HIPPA forms that the results could be left in my VM (checked the box for it). Last time I had a doctor do this to me I almost died. Will definitely me talking to a patient advocate."
"I used to love my doctor there, Dr. Rider, but the office there is awful! they have too many patients, you have a HARD time getting in with your doctor, after 2 failed attempts of getting a call back and getting in due to my condition, I end up in the ER, then the patient advocate gets me in, my doctor has an attitude during the appointment. Want a follow-up in 3-month (Dec) with his NP , well they call and cancel my appointment, which they did the year before in Dec. In the ER at UT , those doctors even told me to go to Vanderbilt for better care. So I have!! UT could not even get my medical records sent to Vandy, said they could not Fax it, and told me it was mailed, when it was NOT... I could go on about the things that have been missed on my care, and how horrible the office staff has been to deal with but JUST GO TO VANDERBILT!!! They have been WONDERFUL and so helpful!!!!!"
