"Dr. Luhn took the time to go over the charted medical records WITH me. She then asked for permission before touching my 11 YO to check her injury. As she was examining her, Dr. Luhn explained which parts of the body she was checking and what she was looking for while examining. We were being kept well-informed during the exam. I felt she listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. When she diagnosed my daughter’s injury, I was fully educated on why she was diagnosed and even went over the X-rays with Dr. Luhn - she provided thorough explanations! I have not had such a well-versed doctor in a long time who took the time to listen. I left feeling confident about the course of action and further care for my child."
