"I’ve never experienced such professional and kind nurses. They made me comfortable in every way. Dr Gauldon is an amazing doctor. I feel so lucky to have had him as my Anesthesiologist. He made me feel comfortable when I met him and in the surgery room. He told me what he was doing as he was doing. Great personality, kind and caring. Please see that he gets this message. "Hey Dr Paul Becker Orthopedic Surgeon. full replacement he is outstanding and couldn’t ask for a better doctor hoping to see Dr. Dr. Scott to put shots in my knees and I’m looking forward to that to get some more comfort out of that situation but I would recommend Knoxville orthopedic center to any and everybody that I run across that has bad knees hips so on and so on because the orthopedic center is outstanding"

"Amazing doctor ok staff for surgery horrible and very rude front desk staff. The financial lady is beyond difficult and still waiting for a final bill however I'm sure they have sent it to collection before sending it to me. Refusing payment as it was not enough and threatened with court. Before even getting a final bill. Refusing to work with my insurance company. Will never be back here. Never. And now after refusing a final bill to me are again refusing payment because it's been sent to collection."

"I would NEVER go back to this out patient surgery center!! The nursing staff was great - competent & caring - but that is the ONLY good thing about this place. My friend was asked to come to the facility at 6:45 am. There wasn't anyone else there - no receptionist, no one else in the waiting room. The receptionist wandered in at 7:20 - said she had overslept - no apology. At 8:15, my friend was called back for her procedure. at 8:50 - a nurse came out and announced there was "a problem with anesthesia", meaning they had forgotten to schedule one for the day's procedures, so there wasn't one there! And what struck me the most, was there was no easily accessible bathroom for patients & visitors to use - it was downstairs. Asking people who have had the prep for a colonoscopy to sit in a room with no bathroom right there is a sin!! No, I would never recommend, never go to this out patient surgery center!!"

"This staff is amazing. Starting at the young lady at the front was very efficient.Then to Mrs. Sally , was a doll. I was very nervous and they were the most caring surgical staff I have delt with. Unfortunately I can’t remember all there names .. Gina Dr . Ps Nurse ,Doug, recovery and David in X-ray ( aka Mr. Rogers) . Unfortunately I have had a number of surgeries at different local establishments. This hands down was the best staff . Also Dr. Pinzon , did a great job . Am so blessed that dealing with my injuries that at least I can have peace of mind that I was taken care of ."
