"I really liked living in the apartment! Extraordinary atmosphere! Free private parking. It is noticeable that the owner takes care of every detail, very nice decor, very cozy and extremely clean. It was important for my wife to have a washing machine and dryer, because the child is 5 years old. And also a very safe area and my child could stay alone in the yard. I am very pleased that my wife was comfortable, and the apartment has an extremely romantic atmosphere - a lot of art and candles) We even had a romantic dinner, which we haven't had in a long time. I am very grateful to the host for the extraordinary care)"

"I had the pleasure of staying in one of these units for what was meant to only be 3 months and ended up being 6 months. It's in a decent area and everything is a close drive/uber away. All issues that came up were always handled within 24 hours and there was always an open line of communication, which you really appreciate in the evenings and weekends. Memphis gets very hot and rarely did I ever had ac issues but when i did, it was handled immediately. It's a cute unit for travelers as it's equipped with everything and close to the trauma hospital! Highly recommend for any others looking for a furnished unit"
