"Jake Blankenship A great place to live and close to everything you need in downtown life. Rooms offer privacy and thick walls to let you live your own life within the complex. Vending machines and facilities are fully stocked and the in-house gym n pool is a great welcome for the price. Ive lived in memphis for two months now and I enjoy the life on floor 10 and still getting my mail. Security allows a safe enviroment, the only issue is bugs but if you get some Raid n traps its not so bad. Otherwise ive enjoyed my time 2 months into my year lease and hope to stay as long as possible."

"Just moved in about a month ago and so far have encountered a lot of problems. The unit was full of roaches before us, and they are in the hallways as well and all over the property. Our ceiling and walls leak and drip constantly. The unit is extremely hot and AC unit doesn't seem to work at all, despite putting in several maintenance requests. All the internet ports were completely full of paint when we got in, making them unusable. Worst of all, there are some incredibly rude tenants who will harrass you or your friends. Not really the management's fault, but as far as area goes, there's Morris Park right next to the building which is full of crime and always extremely dirty. In all honesty, I would pay a bit more to live in other places around here that I've seen with better overall quality. It's not all bad, but I have never paid this amount for a place with such problems. I believe they are trying hard to improve the place and in a few years it may be worth the price."
