"At Indigo Riverview where nostalgic property meets new lifestyles, I have consistently experienced the best residential support services since the team of Markenna, Ninfa, and Jacquline came on staff for the new owners. I’ve also ran into their new manager on-site several times. She walks the interior of the property and the exterior. Her interactive and proactive approach to the changes, upkeep, appearance, and customer relations are refreshing. Just as the rest of the team. I have lived here since May 2020. I have lived thru turnovers of multiple owners and management teams and, this is by far the best! I remember a time when you knew it was Friday because the elevators were down to 1 out of 3 working or, none were working. At present, if not all 3 are consistently working, 2 out of 3 are working and maintenance is on-site the next day for the third one. I work downtown so when you work in nostalgic buildings there is a reality that some down time for repairs will take place. The property team has been busy upgrading what they can, within budget, from interior re-arrangements, to painting, and the general aesthetics as you arrive inside the property. Some aspects of living on this property are just the realities of residing in a nostalgic building. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. We used to never receive responses from previous management and owners. Now, whether you’ve done something positive or negative, you will get a prompt response from this team, management, and owner. I have no issues with insects or critters. Parking is available and convenient based upon your desires. The property recently upgraded security cameras and other protocols for the community. Sure, it is taking a little time to overcome the damage to the property and residents with the previous management and owner experiences but, even that is fading away. More frequently residents speak to each other and are familiar with their neighbors. I intend to continue living in this community until my time to transfer to another location for employment. From the views of the city or the river, to the manicuring process taking place to the within the property, and the pleasant professional nature of the entire team, management, and owner; I recommend this particular property as a gateway to enjoying downtown Memphis Art, Sports, and Entertainment within walking distance from your front door. In so many ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience. These folks are making it happen from a deep negative to a rising positive experience, it’s all in the service. Snilloc.01/04/2024"
"I had an exceptional experience with Jacqueline, my leasing agent. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free leasing process. Her professionalism, prompt communication, and attention to detail truly set her apart. I highly recommend Jacqueline for her outstanding service, making my renting experience a breeze. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐"
"My name is Tanya and I have been a resident of the Renew apartments for over a year and a half…. My experience from that time to the the present has been a total revitalization of the property, in regards to the staff’s professional approach and constant dedication to the improvement of the residents comfortable living experience … And I have say to that the entire staff have committed to that effort… Thanks best regards."
"This review is neither positive nor negative. It is for informational purposes only. You choose where you want to live and you choose to make the best of it. I have lived her through 4 management firms, and each has taken its own way of repairing the issues. I will not say I hate it here, nor will I say I love it. I LIKE MY PLACE AND MY VIEW!!! The new staff is great. When I have a problem, I place a maintenance request. If it's not done properly, I will speak with the manager. Communication is the key!!! This is a very old building and with old you have problems. The management tries to upgrade, but each time, another huge repair comes along and wipes that out. IT'S HAPPENS!!! The elevators are a bit troublesome at times, but they get fixed when the parts come in. When they break down (sometimes it's not all 3), I choose not to go anywhere, or I choose to wait until they are fixed to go home or I walk to the 20th floor. MY CHOICE!!! I try to think positively about everything because someone is always worse off than me. I see so many things that this building needs (repairs, upgrades, renovations) and I will continue to fight for what we need in this community but I will not give up on the place that I like. It may become the place I love one day. Again, this is not a perfect place to live, but it also is not the worst. I have friends in other old buildings with the same issues, but we CHOOSE to embrace and stay positive. Just my thoughts, no negative responses needed!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"The last 6 months have been the worst experience renting here. From no heat for consecutive weeks, elevators constantly out of service, unjustifiable charges for problems that are not caused by the resident, to package losses due to a non-existent storage system that was clearly made available when my new lease was signed. Though the prior company had its issues, they at least communicated with residents appropriately and in a timely manner. One should not have to curbside the maintenance staff to find out why no hot water is running in the building. This current ownership group has done a very poor job managing this building. October 2023 update: the building continues to have many issues. The main issue now is that with all the empty units and construction the company has been doing, they are charging residents the utility bill to fund their work. Residents are double charged for electricity, gas, water, plus pest control (that only occurs once in 3 months). The leasing office denies they know anything about this, but Conservice the billing provider has provided explanation that is clearly listed on the breakdown of each unit accounts. So while units with residents remain hot, the residents are paying for common areas and empty units to be cooled plus the electricity the renovation company uses. Hence why this place will remain on a 1 star. The only benefit of this property is the location downtown."
