"***Warning****This is the worst apartment complex to stay in, they switch contracts every 6 months to a year, but this new contract (Pennrose) is the worst. They are very unorganized ,not professional at all, habitual lairs. It’s been 3 months since I haven’t had my air conditioner working.and if I let the windows up wasp fly in,there are two wasp nest outside the windows. Do you think they called pest control , No! They will lie to your face to tell you someone is coming to fix it but no one never shows up. They have the nastiest attitudes up there at the leasing office especially the Property manager(Shamilla Wright) she doesn’t give a sense of your living conditions. It’s obvious they don’t care about their tenants."

"horrible horrible horrible don’t be fooled by the reviews should i say getto ratchet unprofessional rude can’t ever get a return call nor will they answer and not to mention will take your deposit and application fee and put you on hold for months!! if you rent from these apartments it will be a disaster ready to happen ,,ms.venita and ms donalds from corporate @Pennrose had a nasty nonchalant arrogant attitude ,very very very rude and unprofessional they treat you like you’re nobody if it wasn’t for the tenants there wouldn’t be a cleaborne home heritage its sad and unfair how they treat their tenants ,"

"They truly need new workers. The manager alone is okay but these assistants so called managers and leasing agents need training. In professionalism. They have a smart mouth and lack the knowledge of what their job description requirements are. They're always slow in doing things. Had my mom holding on the phone for dam near and hour and then hung up on her. And the heffa(this new one) need to work on her work ethic. She talking to me as if I'm a regular joe when I work in this business as an inspector. But little does she know is that I'm watching her."

"Thw management company that manages this property are scammers! They took my deposit money and blamed former leasing manger Bonita, they said they can’t find my money order can I get it traced because they don’t see anything no on there end. I paid to get the money order traced, The trace showed that they cashed the money order in on the day I paid the deposit that was 10/5/2021. I spoke with the regional manger Maggie she asked for my address to send me my deposit back. It’s been 2weeks she won’t response to my emails and everybody at there corporate office has the nastiest attitude. I am now filing a complaint with the CFPB and contacting the attorney general. IM WELL AWARE OF MY CONSUMER RIGHTS! This company and employees are frauds and scammers and I do not recommend!"
