"I do not recommend this facility for patients looking for quality physical therapy. Despite being friendly and talkative, the staff who worked with me on three different visits did not give me their full attention and did not seem to be engaged with my health/recovery. Each visit there were many patients and a limited staff so multiple patients were being treated by each therapist and therefore the patients (including myself) were not given the important care they need. Additionally , I was overcharged at each visit, despite Cigna insurance providing them with my coverage details and co-pay information. I did not realize this until after the third visit and I am still attempting to recover the overcharges."
