"I’m okay with the care that I receive. The only problem I have is that the clinic is so far from my home. I’m 76 years old and it’s hard for me to travel that far. Especially going every month. Also, you would not believe the traffic at the split of I40 and I75. Sometimes it is backed up from there all the way to the West Hills exit. It would really help if I only had to go to the clinic every 3 months."

"Everyone from beginning to end were so kind and considerate. I met Dr. Schot and she was very nice as well. While I didn't get the pain relief that I got last time my experiences with PCET staff were exceptional and that is something that I have to have. I do not care for physicians offices and surgery centers where I feel like the staff didn't have my best interests. Having managed a general surgery practice for almost 20 years, that was one of the rules I had. You can have a bad day but you go to the breakroom or the kitchen. You never take it out on a patient. PCET does that and has done that everytime I've been there."

"This place is horrible! We have been bringing my aunt here once a month so she can get her pain meds. She’s in a lot of pain and in a wheelchair. We live an hour away, and it’s extremely hard to get her there on time, due to traffic and the wheelchair situation. Sometimes we have had to get there about 5 mins late (we have hardly ever been more than 5 minutes late) and they refuse to see her. Even when we are on time they make us wait forever to be seen and then have the audacity to turn her away for 5 minutes late! We have to adjust our work schedules around her appointments and it takes up most of the day to get her there and back home. These people have no respect for the elderly! They are rude and try to make it hard on elderly patients. They also bully them when they are being seen by making them feel stupid and belittling them. It is nothing more than elderly abuse! These people need to be investigated and made to stop taking advantage of older people who are in pain. They are just bullies! My aunt has tried to find another pain clinic to go to closer to home, but no luck so far. Please do not take your loved ones to these abusive people! Legal action needs to take place."
