"This owner was very good to us for a long time. The old saying is when it's bad it's really bad. No dryer for a year took my breaker out to fix another's and too over 17 months for him to finally get it fixed. My front door was kicked. Open and broke 4 years ago. Still not fixed. Front falling off apartment 4in gap from window. Even if I am mad at Bill. Bill really tries to help but it's to much on him. It really is."
