"If you love peace and quiet don't move here if you love yourself don't live here this place is so Run down and raggedy and the people and the landlord don't care and the people that live on the left of me are so loud all they do is argue and start up mess from sun up and sun down I suggest nobody live here the stairs are not stable a man fell through them do you think they care nope he moved because he could see they don't care about nobody all they care about is if they get they rent on time and keeping the laundry door closed"

"I lived there almost 7 years never had a complaint or caused any trouble I just worked and stayed to myself. I have had multiple surgeries I always communicated with them and did what I said when I said I was late a week on my rent or so because of my paydays I always paid my late fees etc I found out that my cancer returned etc etc lost my job they evicted me because of my service animal then sued me plus me Rogers discriminated against me and talked to me like I was a dog wouldn’t repair anything. They throw me out with nowhere to go. Everything that has been done to me was not only wrong but illegal he had the nerve to ask me do I even know what belittle means! Yes I’m an educated African American woman!!! I have been humiliated and discriminated to the fullest and I have never been disrespectful. Me Rogers told me I have been nothing but trouble from day one if that was the case why rent to me ? He was using my past aging me my race and my disability. For 7 years they accepted late payments and all of a sudden they treated me like garbage and degraded me and wouldn’t give me enough time to find another residence instead made me homeless with my service dog and ill. He’s racist old man and hateful I never seen that side it took a long time for his true colors to shine through. My cars got vandalized they refused to look at the cameras etc when one door closes another one opens!"
