I call to get an appointment and the woman that answered the phone ( from the call center) told me she was going to let the triage nurse know about my pain and the nurse would call me back. It’s been days and I haven’t heard back from them. It makes me feel like they don’t care about patients, but only care about $$$. At least return my phone call and let me know that you can’t help me."
