"I have no issues with the medical care, as such, but I am concerned about the integrity of how they choose to bill patients. I was charged for a for a full tele-visit every time they called me to check after I had a labs done. Frustrated by this, I cleared my account with them in August and figured that I would likely be going somewhere else in the future. Fast forward to January of the next year and I randomly get a bill for something that happened last March with no other information than its invoice number and a hefty price. I'm not against paying for services received, but I specifically asked if my account was cleared when I spoke with them last August. The icing on the cake is that all of my personal medical information is being billed to my husband. This is not an issue for me personally, but feels like a HIPAA violation and could be very troubling for some."

"In my 5 yrs. of having Dr. Redmon as a pain Dr. before and now as my primary care, He has helped me more than any Dr. in my 55yrs. I've never had any worries about what tests I needed or even when I needed surgery on my neck to remove a cist that other Drs. We're telling me it was something other than what it actually was. If anyone needs a Dr who will treat them like their own family and looking for real answers I recommend this Man with real coefficients."

"Dr. Redmon and his staff is great! I walked in this morning struggling to breathe from pneumonia (I am also an asthmatic.) He reviewed my medicines that I was taking and decided that I needed different medication for what I had going on. He was right!! I can already tell an improvement. "It is very apparent that Dr. Redmon truly cares about people. His bedside manner was one of the best I have ever encountered after my visit today with my boyfriend who is experiencing what seems to be the flu that has manifested into pneumonia. He answered all of our questions and encouraged us to continue following up with his office and explained thoroughly what types of symptoms he wants to hear from us immediately about. The nurse who drew his blood was also very kind and compassionate and attentive. He has never been this sick in his life so it has been very scary for us as he is also an asthmatic and a young business owner who is uninsured, and being able to find a place we could walk in that would let us pay cash and get us back into a room quickly was a life saver. Thank you to Dr. Redmon and the staff, we appreciate you and will keep you updated on how Landon recovers."

"I needed to find a new doctor for my son and made an appointment at Dr. Redmon's office. I am so happy I did! The front desk staff is always helpful and welcoming. The wait times are reasonable, even on very busy days. In fact, there is minimal waiting during your entire visit after you are taken to your patient room. The nurses are all great with my child and knowledgeable, especially Jessica and Brenda. Dr. Redmon is very easy to talk to. He takes the time to understand your concerns and asks questions. He looks at you and and actually listens. He does not make you feel rushed and explains issues in a no nonsense, easy to understand way. Every time my son has been sick he has seen him the same day. He also has a 24 hour nurse line you can call for concerns outside of business hours. I have since switched doctors and become a patient there myself. We are very happy with this practice and if you are looking for a new doctor I would recommend Dr. Redmon and staff."
