"Management has been wonderful and easy to work with during our initial rental and move in. Though the weather hindered them getting our apartment completely ready to move in, they worked hard to complete the cleaning process that day. Friendly community, nice apartment layout for us, good location, and overall good experience our first month. Thank you, Manager Marissa, for the extra effort on our behalf. You have been wonderful."
"Horrible! We have been living here a year and individuals been breaking in and spray painting vehicles. No one from the front office has reach out to the tenants regarding the issues nor to make security arrangements! I have placed multiple maintenance request for my sink to get replace because of water leaks and flooding … took them four day!!! Don’t bother calling the office because they will not answer. I drove up there and they were sitting down talking about something on their cell phone!!! Just spend the extra cash somewhere else because clearly they do not care here!!! I wish I could rate ZERO stars."
"We have been living here for about 6 months and the living conditions are horrible. Kids breaking and spray painting cars. Kids walking around with guns and black hoodies in broad daylight. You call to inform and they just brush everything off. Management is horrible! We didn’t even get a tour of the apartment they just moved us straight in due to the property being beat up. We’ve had to put in at least 30 maintenance orders since we’ve lived here. Last but not least we lived here for several months without knowing we didn’t have air filter which is truly ridiculous! We’ve been stopped up ever since we’ve stepped into this place. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up! Would not recommend anyone, especially with a family to live in this place! I will be contacting someone higher than management around here because living conditions are horrendous for me and my family!"
"If you're looking for a reasonably priced, quiet, cozy and all-around great living experience in Jackson, TN, look no further. I lived here for almost three years--just moved out--and enjoyed every second of it. Pros: 1) It's so quiet; nothing bad happens here, literally ever. I think I heard ruckus ONCE and it was because a surprise Bday party happened (wholesome). 2) Gorgeous landscaping. Most apartment complexes have sad little bushes or abysmal little lawns. Nay nay, not here. Fully mature trees, a lovely little creek, and free-range turtles who look at you askance if you take too many pictures of them. And the fall foliage? Unmatched. 3) Management that actually does their job. Everyone can remember that one/many apartment complexes they lived in where you could never get ahold of management. This is the opposite. Super friendly, super responsive, and they actually care about their units. Maintenance is super nice and efficient. Could not recommend a better office. 4) close enough for any amenity needed, far enough that you're not bombarded by traffic. It's the perfect mixture. Also you're two minutes from Jackson's best donut shop. Cons: 1) The only con might be regulated to exclusively to my unit, because I lived in the second floor of the leasing office with floor-to-ceiling windows (the only one of its kind and by far the coolest unit), but my unit was not well insulated. My energy bill was pretty significant the entire three years despite every effort on my part. However, that was very likely due to my aforementioned windows. The view was worth feeling like a lizard in a terrarium though. Lastly, credit to the maintenance crew: I was on a two-year, one-woman-war against a massive wasp infestation in my attic when I first moved in. It was incredibly invasive and interruptive of literally every moment of my existence in that apartment. After a management turnover and some of the OG maintenance crew coming back last year, they took one look at my two-year battle field of an apartment and ripped into those wasps nests with a fervor. They went above and beyond to fix what had clearly been a longstanding issue. Last year was my first summer there NOT getting dive bombed by wasps and I couldn't have been more appreciative. Jay and Jason, y'all are real ones. Basically, this is an excellent complex to settle into if you're moving into the area. You truly could not find better."
