After spending hours treating my daughter's hair with an over the counter name brand Nix kit (for the second time in 4 weeks), I emailed for an appointment for the following day. "Highly recommend Knoxville Lice Clinic. Appointment set up was easy and from the second we walked in the door we felt welcome and at ease. The whole place is decorated the feel kid friendly which helped our child feel less nervous. Staff very knowledgeable and went above and beyond which put us as parents and my child even more at ease. Before we visited, I even found them on social media (Tik Tok) where they provide helpful FAQs that kept me from making some common mistakes before we came in. Shout out to Dawn who helped us the day we came in and did a thorough inspection/treatment. Take home kits we’re very reasonably priced and with Dawns great instruction and the free educational videos on their site I was able to then go home and do a check/treatment on my other child to be safe. I also appreciate that their products are just as/more effective than some of the harsher chemical pesticide based kits you get OTC in stores."

"They were very friendly over the phone, and they were thorough as well. It's located in a nice part of town, and it offers PRIVACY. Me and my friend were given a private room to do the entire process. It is a friendly and comfortable environment. They explain everything you need to know and are happy to answer any questions.
