"Went to schedule a booster infusion and was informed that the Chattanooga location where I had my treatment had been closed for weeks already. Clients did not recieve notice that the location would be closing/had closed or receive referrals for on-going treatment. For a company that treats individuals who experience anxiety, depression, suicidality, etc. this is not only a huge liability for the company, but highly unethical. There were clients at this location who had finally found a treatment that helped alleviate symptoms but were left hanging and scrambling for other options at the sudden closure. When I asked a staff member about the closure I was told none of the staff knew about the closure either and decided to work *without* pay for WEEKS to provide infusions to their scheduled patients right before the holidays. My experience was amazing when I was going through treatment, however, this company is not trustworthy or ethical in my experience."
