"Transcend Hearing is the Best place Ever that I've used to purchase hearing aids! On my first visit, Jeff spent at least 2 hours running my ears through various tests. I was overjoyed when he tweeked the earphones to where I could actually repeat words back to him accurately! The hearing aids I bought are top of the line, and cost less than similar ones I had tried before! In addition to the cost of the hearing aids, which thankfully my insurance covered most, I get FIVE free visits where Transcend Hearing will further "tweek" my hearing aids. I have been to one of those visits already. My problem with the over the ear and into my ear hearing aids is the Connection! In the past I bought similar hearing aids from a different place, and they didn't care at ALL that the little wires were just a shade too short- or maybe it was the "cone" itself. Well Jeff understood! Because I had the same problem with the hearing aids I purchased from his company. He put different "rubber cones" on the end, and it really helped. But I am looking forward to my next free visit, because I still need a little help in that regard. The receptionist is super friendly and kind too. If you're looking for a place that really Understands your hearing problems, and will give you their undivided attention, at a lower cost, Transcend Hearing in Clinton is the place to go!"
