"Took my daughter on Tuesday to be seen by Nicole, who’s not her normal doctor. First mistake. She’s had some belly problems, so they done a urine culture & sent it off. Apparently, the culture was fine according to results that became available to me by the patient portal after being promised a call back to go over the results. I called today to see if the doctor could call her some medicine in because she’s now having more problems - and all of the symptoms of a UTI. They told me to bring her BACK in today to be checked out again. To wait 2 more days on a urine sample? To not get a phone call back about what the results were?"

"This clinic refused to see my 22 month old daughter for a stye. They apparently don't help patients who aren't vaccinated, which I find pretty concerning. Vaccine injuries are real and a doctor's job is to do no harm to their patients. Refusing to provide my child medical care because I chose to protect my child from vaccine injuries that I and others experienced as children is unethical and repulsive."

"All the doctors are really nice, Dr Crowe has been my children's primary doctor since birth and she's just an amazing individual. I'd recommend them to other parents. Have an 8 year old, so plenty of time there."

"I took my daughter to be seen because she had pink eye that was not going away along with a bright yellow nasal discharge and very bad congestion with swollen lymph nodes. They tested her for strep, said it was negative and said she had “adenovirus” and sent me out the door. My daughter kept getting worse and was crying uncontrollably so I took her to Mcneeley’s family physicians where they actually stuck a tongue depressor in her mouth to look at her throat properly and low and behold her tonsils are covered with pus and she has tonsillitis!! So my daughter has been suffering for 3 days since my visit at Clinton pediatrics until I could get her into Mcneeley’s primary care as a new patient because I’m not a fan of urgent cares either, they are just as bad! I will not be coming back here! Very disappointed!!"

"The staff and nurses are okay. Better than most I've met. Dr. Beavers was awful. She entirely brushed off my concerns about my babies sleep. All she did was give me a print out of an article I've read 600 times. She didn't try to work through with me what could be causing her not to sleep or anything. She seemed like she was trying to rush through the conversation."
