"I tested positive at home for Covid-19. I went in and told the receptionist I needed a script for Paxlovid to treat my symptoms; I am a type 1 diabetic and considered high-risk. She informed me I needed to be seen, of course. They tested (did not swab my nose but jabbed straight to the back of my sinus cavity) me (I assumed to justify the script) and told me I was negative. Then the NP told me I would've had to go to my PCP for Paxlovid, that they do not prescribe it because the treatment does not have enough studies (that's bulls#it) to be effective (alert the CDC, they're wrong!). So I wasted my time and money and sat in the room waiting for the test results for more than an hour. I went to my PCP this morning and tested positive (big surprise) and got the prescription I needed to avoid big sickness. Not going back to this place... waste of my time and money."

"Very kind to me and my child. They were quick, thorough and the place was incredibly clean. Also, they talked to me about options and were not pushy in the least. They seemed to actually value my opinion in regards to my child. I really appreciated that! Glad I came here instead of Fastpace! Fastpace still reuqires masks!!! No thanks! I am really grateful for Neighborhood Urgent Care! They were just what we needed when our regular dr. was booked."

"Won’t ever take my kids back here. Both of my boys were running a fever, coughing while being deeply congested. we get called back and they ask me what’s going on, I tell her and she ASKS me what would I like her to do, what did I want them to test for! When the “doctor comes back,” after waiting on 5 MINS on those tests to “get finished,” all of which being negative, including flu and strep! She didn’t bother even listening to either of them, checking for fever nothing. Then tells me that I’ll just have to come back because they don’t grow strep cultures and that it sounded viral. Didn’t sounds viral at all to me! Not to mention this nurse legit looked at my 6 yr old and raised her voice to say, “stop!” Because he messed w her chair and I was already in the process of telling him myself. They’re horrible doctors; no idea how any obtained a license. Fast pace is way better, I’ll stick with them on days their actual doctor is already filled up, for same day appointments. Now I’m sick with “this virus,” too and I can tell you it’s def not viral. Maybe listen to the patients chest & lungs next time, renta-docs."

"The staff, nurses, and doctor are very friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. This is the cleanest medical facility I have been in a very long time. I will be using them for my medical care instead of having to wait several days to see my primary care physician. I highly recommend Neighbor Urgent Care."
