I felt completely assured that I had come to the right place for my knee issues! The entire staff was super efficient, extremely prompt, and very friendly! I was in this establishment for less than an hour and had x-rays taken, consultations with Dr. Botero (about my condition and what to expect if I should elect to have surgery) and then separately with his nurse to make an appointment for surgery and be given complete information about what to do before and after surgery. I was also given a booklet to let me read back over information that the nurse had given me. In addition, the nurse set up my phone so I would receive important information as the date to my surgery draws closer. I am beyond impressed with Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic, particularly with Dr. Botero and his staff. If you ever have knee or hip issues, check them out!! Plus, Knoxville is a beautiful city to visit and explore!!"
