"The technician that did my pedicure didn’t even look at me in the eyes until I started conversation with her. Customer service is not a thing here. The same pedicurist charged me for the service and while looking at me in the eyes pressed on the screen “custom tip” for me while charging me (it has the “no tip” and “custom tip” options) I usually tip in cash at least 15%. I should have tipped on screen $0 but I did $5 and didn’t tip cash. I would have tipped more if she didn’t get all up on my business while checking out. My nails and feet turned out ok with the exception that I still have cuticles hanging around my fingers that I had to remove myself."

"Hannah did my nails and she did absolutely amazing job. My nails were in square shape and she did great job reshaping them to the almond shape. She also did the design on my nails and she took her sweet time and made sure it was what I wanted."
