"I saw Kristine for lash extensions 2 weeks ago. I appreciated her clear communication and punctuality. No wait. She was ready to start when I got there. Everything went well and the results were amazing. Exactly what I had asked for. She provided instructions on how to care for the extensions and we scheduled a fill appointment for 2 weeks later. For a few days, I had issues with burning and itching eyes, and I thought it would subside. However, it didn’t and I contacted her to get the lashes removed. I told her that I was having issues. However, she referred to her busy schedule and was not able to get me in until a few days later. That time did not work for me. Lash removal was quoted with $25 and approx 20 min. Since I had my fill appointment scheduled for a week later, I figured we would remove the lashes then. I checked in with her about 2 hours prior to my appointment since I hadn’t heard from her yet, to confirm that we are still on. However, I found out that she had given my slot to someone else, without notifying me. She honestly could care less about the issues I was having. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place. You know who is doing their job well in situations like these, and she obviously only cares about the money, not the client."

"I had taken my 6year old daughter there to get here first hair trim by Catarina. She did an amazing job with her. She took her time to talk to her and let her know what she was doing so she felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend Catarina to anyone that wants there hair done. I will definitely be taking my daughter there again when it is time. Same with my other two daughters when it comes times. Thank you Catarina for giving my daughter a fantastic experience."
