"We arrived at 2:20 pm for a 2:40 appointment. Signed in with a man , Timothy, and showed him the appointment paperwork. He checked in Larry Carlson and we waited. An hour later I checked with this man again. He said our Dr was running late. We waited for another half hour. Finally we asked a nurse why he wasn't being seen? She said that the man who waited on us didn't do the paperwork. So we had sat there all that time for nothing. They made up our paperwork and we got into the Dr office at 4:00 pm. We waited until 4:30 and we walked out. Larry had had gallbladder surgery on Friday, just three days prior to this. He sat all this time and was worn out. We left because he wasn't able to stay any longer. Two hours is too long to wait for anyone especially a man who had surgery just three days prior. Very disappointed in the service. Our Dr did what he had planned as far as the surgery went but the follow-up was a disaster. How can a trained professional person, who does this job every day not remember to put through the paperwork? Very disappointed as we had to drive an hour there and another hour home. All for nothing. Our time was wasted as was our gas and trip. This man needs to be reprimanded for his irresponsible work ethics. This is totally unacceptable in an office of this magnitude. This man did nothing to help us. Another lady took over and attempted to fix his screw up. We have no complaint towards the doctor as we are sure he knew nothing about our experience. Now we have a hand that looks infected and having to drive back again. Not a pleasant experience. Larry Carlson"
