"Let me start by saying I have thick hair and lots of it. My stylist suggested I call ahead and let them know about my hair to get a longer time slot, instead of booking online, so I was like ok yeah that makes sense, no big deal. The problem lies with the fact that I felt as if she was frustrated with me, I got hit with the brush MANY times and felt the frustration throughout the service (not like super hard, but still). I understand they might feel rushed bc of the appts being so close to each other and all that, but don’t think I deserved to feel as if it was on me. I’ve loved rinse and even traveled 2.5 hrs to get my haircut there, But I think it’s time to find a new stylist near me. :( I will say my hair came out great, I loved it which is why I didn’t account for the way I felt and still tipped 25% and bought some hair product. However, I suggest rinse salon account for different hair types and maybe add a box to check if you have lots of hair. The clients deserve enough time as well as the stylists."
