"Another great Dental appointment. I will admit it, I’m whiny, neurotic patient at 63 when it comes to the dentist. I always apologize before I even sit in the chair. LOL. The fact is I dislike going to any dental appointment and avoid/delay if possible. My threshold of pain is ZERO. But with Millennial, each visit has been on time ( no delays in waiting room or chair -seriously isn’t that what appointments are for? ) I swear some Dental Offices don’t understand my time is just as important as theirs. Dr. Flake was so patient and nice (gentle too) with all of my questions/nervousness as I question each process. I have very sensitive teeth and will flinch at any hint of discomfort. The staff was wonderful again. I thought it was a fluke with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd visit. Nope it’s real. Karen and Lemuel were wonderful for this whole last visit. Better yet… No pain at all after removing a cracked crown for a temporary one. A miracle for me! All I want is a dentist office who is on time with appointments ( meaning my time is precious too), cares about my concerns, a nice comfortable environment with a great attitude/beside manner. Thank you Millennial Dental of Eastlake for checking all the boxes."

"The staff are nice but I was very disappointed that my appointment scheduled 6 months in advanced had to get cancelled and there wasn’t an appointment available that worked with my schedule for another 2 months. I wish the staff would have been more accommodating considering they cancelled the appointment. Also, the machinery is a little loud and I have sensitive teeth so the cold water and cold air used during cleanings requires me to tell them multiple times to stop."
