"My wife had to clean up and straighten my neckline immediately after this visit. With the price paid, the expectation is for a little more attention to details. They used to send promotions in the mail or by email when you sign up through the App. However, I no longer seem to receive. I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone when I inquire about it."
"Do NOT get your haircut here! Especially by Sheedeh, worse haircut ever! I should have known it was going to be bad when she pulled out the clippers and the plastic numbered trimmer accessories. Only time I have ever seen those type of accessories used in a salon and in less than 5 minutes most of my hair is on the floor leaving what hair was left on my head totally uneven and super thin patches in different spots on my head. AWFUL!!"
"I was a walk in with my fiance and Carla trimmed my hair, which I hadn't had a trim since before covid! She was very friendly and pleasant. She did exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back to this location to see Carla as a regular . Thank you Great Clips for having experienced people on the clock."
