"I had my hair done by Alan @getatmebeauty_ on instagram & I’ve had such a lovely experience! The entrance to the salon is so modern and everything is so clean and well lit. Also, Alan offered me water as we checked in for my appointment making me feel super comfortable. I’ve previously had my hair bleached and I’ve expressed to Alan on how I really just wanted to grow my natural hair out and keep cutting the bleached ends. We spoke about how I really wanted to keep my length, keep my hair layered and also style it for this session. He referenced Farrah Fawcett and the Victoria secret 90s hair look for the styling and I was 100% on board. I appreciate the time he took to listen to me and to cater to what I was looking for. I’ll be coming back again to this salon as it was by far the best salon experience I’ve had thus far. Eternally grateful; thank u "

"Super disappointed with my experience here with Destiny. I came with a background of box dyed hair that I had one full highlighted session with another artist, my hair was super healthy even after that highlight session. Destiny said she’d be able to do my hair, she did a full head of highlights but didn’t bother to do a test strand to see how much lighter I could get from my previous session. I left with the same color as before just more highlights all around, but 10x more damage, the hair around my face was processed for TWO HOURS. I have so much breakage around my face and strands of hair standing when I put my hair up. I wish she would’ve done a test strand because I was not expecting my hair to get this damaged especially coming there with super healthy long hair that didn’t break prior to her doing it. Along with being over processed, she never communicated what she was doing, how long she would process me when she left, or anything like that. The entire time she almost seemed drunk with how she was talking, just super unprofessional. She was also 20 minutes late to the appointment that she had already bumped 30 minutes from our original start time. I wish I wouldn’t saved myself the damage and experience here."
