"be aware what service you are asking for. Went in last night for a gel manicure, pretty straight forward right? But then at then end the lady charged me extra $10 for "HAND MASSAGE" that i didn't sign up. I declined service since need to go home for my kids. But go ahead and pay since it's holidays. Those ladies speak Vietnamese and play dumb like don't understand and communicate with you by adding service that you didn't ask. So be clarify, ask service fee and specify what you want to avoid extra charge. Poor practice on consumer right"
"So torn. Probably had the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. The technician I worked with most was incredible. At one point she was pulled to work with another customer ( no problem whatsoever). A second tech came and put on my polish. I left a 38% tip for both to split amongst themselves. When I was leaving, the second tech asked “where’s my tip” after the first tech explained the payment/tip. Seriously? That was the first time I was spoken to other than asking what service I was looking for. Wow. Such a sour taste left in your mouth for no reason."
"The first time I went here, I was happy with the service. The second time, I had a different technician and was unimpressed. She hurt me quite a bit with the nail drill and even made me bleed toward the end. It has only been two weeks and my dip nails are chipping like crazy. I have never seen so many chips from dip polish. I would not return."
