"I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes I made an appointment online earlier today. They never said they were behind when I got here they didn’t have priority for me they just took me as the order I arrived. So what’s the point of making an appointment this is also the second time this happens. I’m never coming back unless you can plan your day and to be here for two hours don’t bother the work is great but the management and communication is trash"

"Got a manipedi for a wedding here, was so delighted with the results! Super relaxing atmosphere, talented technicians, and in every way a positive experience. They also had a solid color selection with just the right shade to go with my outfit :)"

"I got a dip powder manicure with extensions on a few of my broken nails and a basic pedicure. The nail tech suggested I get dip since I wanted to strengthen my nails and make them last longer than just a gel manicure. You can’t tell the extensions aren’t my original nails at all! This is my favorite manicure I’ve ever gotten! Pedicure went well, too. I paid a bit more for my nails than I wanted to but they were very clear throughout the process of what the cost would be for adding or changing anything. I’ll definitely be coming back to iNails again!"
