"Worst manicure I’ve ever had! Not much explanation needed, here are the pictures from my damaged skin, uneven gel nail polish, polish on my skin, not a fresh edge on coticule, so messy! The line of the polish and remains of my skin is so visible on the edge of the every single nail."

"I had an appointment on Sunday morning. The manger called me 35 min before my appointment and canceled it. She offered later appointments but it wasn’t working out for me. I was bit upset. But it gets worse. Not only they canceled my appointment on the same day, still charged my credit card for $25 cancellation fee. The person on the phone basically refused to apologize and refused to issue refund. I was told it will be used as future credit. I never been there before and I never want to go back there. I didn’t cancel the appointment the shop canceled my appointment last minute and still I’m out $25. Bad business. Unprofessional. She said I should had read the policy before I booked it and acting like I am at fault for even asking for refund. She even hung up on me. Avoid this place."

"Aveda has been my go to spot when it comes to a haircut. Unfortunately, yesterday my normal hairdresser, Amber (shes amazing by the way), was unavailable. Instead, I had my hair cut by a new employee who graduated from beauty school only a few months ago. SHE HAD NO CLUE WHAT LAYERS WERE. Every time I tried to show her a photo of the haircut I wanted or try to explain what layers are she did the complete opposite of what I asked for. I came in for a cut, I was hoping to get 6 inches off, not 10. Every time I asked for a cut in the front of my hair she would cut the back and blame me for not being clear enough.I was under the impression that layers are a simple hairstyle since I've always gotten them before. My experience yesterday was disappointing to say the least."

"5 stars to the lady behind the front desk(unfortunately I didn’t get her name). I was very unsatisfied with my initial haircut from Heather and initially it was a very tense moment trying to communicate how to go about fixing it with a lot of miscommunication. At the end of the day there were only minor adjustments that needed to be done to her cut but the way she had styled it had made the flaws I saw really stand out worse to the point where I was not happy at all with the cut. The lady behind the front desk went above and beyond to try and find me a solution to fix the cut with another stylist calling her studio manager, asking other stylists if they could stay late to fix it, and checking other ways to get me back in when heather got frustrated and refused to do anything more. Ultimately Carly was able to make the changes I wanted and also was extremely knowledgeable and recognized part of the issue was that my hair needed to be blown out differently. Once she did this we realized there were still changes I wanted but they were far more minor than I originally thought. Also great for me to now know how to ask future stylists to blow out my hair such that it looks the way I expect it to. Danica did my eyebrows and did a great job. They had a small scheduling mishap where I was sent to the hairstylist before here when it should have been vice versa. she was incredibly accommodating and patient with figuring out the logistics there."

"Lisa did my hair today. The color is lovely and I had the extra service of her showing me how to use a curling iron. She was very detailed and showed me exactly how to use it. As well, I have some c spine issues and she was so accommodating. She was able to pre-shampoo some of the color before I had my head in the sink. She shampooed me quickly and had me out of the sink in quick order. She has a lovely and professional disposition. I highly recommend her."
