The girl at the front desk is always so sweet and has a beautiful smile. She makes you feel welcomed! Then there is Amanda, my hairstylist, she is amazing! When I’m in her chair, I let her take over because I trust her and she does amazing hair. I’m excited to do lighter highlights with her in the summer. She has been cutting my hair for almost two years now and now she colors! She never disappoints!❤️"

"I had my hair highlighted by someone here who I will not mention the name of. My hair usually takes 2 hours max to highlight, tone, wash, and blow out. This service took 6 hours and I walked out with a band around my hairline and worse than when i came in. I asked not to do a root smudge because i dont like how it looks. She went ahead and did it anyways. She asked to trim my ends, which I did not know would be an added 100$. After 6 1/2 hours I spent 550$ on hair I didnt like and prefered my hair prior. I asked for her to fix my hair which she gladly did so free of charge and I was very grateful for! However, when I went in for this she asked me to schedule my next appt due to her booking up. I proceeded to do so. At the time my next appt rolled around i received a text asking if I could come in before 5 because she couldnt make our later appt. I couldnt do so because of work so I asked her if she needed to move it to another day. She said she would let me know and by the time she did and asked me to come in at 5, it was too late for me to make it to the appt and I had already made other plans (430). She mentioned to me that I needed to pay 50% of the service fee. I was surprised because the service fee was not what I had booked on my first appt and was way over charged. She had charged me a full head of highlights (i originally only did half), and a 100$ haircut,) which I never booked or asked for initially. The total would come out to 350$. I told her I didnt feel it was right for me to pay this due to her asking for a different time and I needed the same amount of respectful time for a reschedule as much as she did and I also do not want to pay for a service she booked that I did not agree to. However, it did not end here. She proceeded to send me invoices almost every day demanding I pay these bills and even threatened that she would come after me with the sherifs office. I felt so uncomfortable and sent her all screenshots and details to how this misunderstanding happened. I asked to speak to the owner of the salon and received nothing but more invoice charges and threatening texts. I live close by and feel uncomfortable walking by this salon and now found a hair stylist who would never do this or let me leave unhappy with my hair. My advice for those who come to this salon is to be careful with cancelations or rescheduling because they will likely tag on extra charges to pocket the money. You will not have any luck speaking to a manager or owner to find an understanding either. Im so sad because I would have gone to another lady in this salon (Alli looks to be great with blondes!!) since it is walking distance to me, but i am too uncomfortable to be around a hair stylist who threatened legal action on me due to her moving around times."
