"I went here and was extremely disappointed in the results. I asked multiple times for my nails to not be filed down and they were. I agreed to do dip powder but as he started he did not attempt to trim or clean up my nails prior to adding polish. While he was painting over the dip he used his finger nail to push back my cuticles. I asked why I wasn’t getting my nails cleaned up and he decided to do that after my nails were “done”. From the start I got the feeling that the nail tech I got was already annoyed at me and seemed uninterested when I tried to make small talk to break the tension. The work itself is also subpar. It’s very bulky and not flattering at all. Will not be returning."

"It doesn't have a fancy facade, inside is okay. With an appointment, I was able to be seated right away. It was my first experience with dipped powder. It felt like he was being meticulous. The pedicure was great and the massage chairs work beautifully. My only issue is the next day my fingernails hurt. I'm not sure if this was me having a reaction to any of the dip chemicals."
