Great Clips

"I’ve only been to this Great Clips twice. I found that it was closer to my home but never again will I go to this Great Clips the first time I checked in and it told me 35 minutes I was 20 minutes away and by the time I got there it was already ready Time for me to be seen they said I was late and I had to wait till the back of the line . this time I left work from Fontana and I checked in at 1:25 and it said 58 minute wait it took me 30 minutes to get there when I got there. Sadly it said I still have 40 minutes to wait when I walked in I waited for about 15 minutes, as there was 12 people ahead of me there was only two ladies working one lady said she was going to go on a 10 minute break. She was gone for over a half an hour and came back with her kids. Everyone was frustrated for every five minutes I waited. Only one minute diminished from the time that I had to wait , after waiting over an hour and still six people in front of me I decided to leave and I went to the salon next-door where they immediately took me in got me done and when I got to my car I still had 20 minutes to wait for Great Clips on my phone ridiculous if there’s gonna be a timer on the check in it needs to be correct"

"Very impressed with the energy at this location during my December 1, 2023 visit. Observed and interacted with a number of the stylists prior to my actual appointment and found each one to be extremely pleasant and welcoming. But, just when I thought that my visit couldn’t get any better I was ushered to my chair by BROOK who proved to be a very personable, patient and talented professional. I have a longer hairstyle that as a picky, older male I treasure. :) BROOK performed magic on my treasured ‘gray’ with only a scissors and comb…a talent I have found lacking in most less experienced stylists these days. Bottom line….I’m guessing that you will have the same ‘comfortable’ experience when you visit this location. BROOK is a regular there, and I highly recommend her. She’s a talented, personable professional who will make your precious locks ‘pop’. BROOK represents well, the image of Great Clips and a major reason for my return to this location in the future.
