"Had gotten all black dye & 2 strips bleached & dyed grey. Within the first 2 days the black bled into my grey completely & I was told that it was just gonna wash out so to just wash it a few times a day?? Never did wash out & the color didn’t last a week !! This was my first time here & last!"

"I recently switched hairstylist.... I was bored, Barbie introduced me to the new hair trend "hair painting" which was supposed to make the color look more natural and last longer. I am a blonde and maintenance is not my favorite so I was was all in for a new technique. I was THRILLED, I have been able to stretch my appointments longer than I ever have. Hot locks is warm and welcoming, the owner is always there which is nice, and I wouldn't leave my stylist for anyone!"
