"Best cut I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be back! I got lucky and was able to get a last-minute booking with Katie, the salon owner. I was greeted by Belle at the front desk. She did my wash and was super gentle and friendly. Katie is a master stylist and her experience shows. Since I don’t normally style my hair, she showed me what the cut would look like with my natural hair, which no one has done for me before. Then she styled it (pictured) and it looked awesome. I’m rocking day two hair today and it still looks great. The products used in the salon are PETA- approved and smell so good! Thanks for a great experience and stellar haircut!"

"Just wanted to stop by and leave a 5 star review because it was my first time going to this salon, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I had the Brazilian Blowout done by Rosa, and she truly gave me the BEST brazilian blowout I've ever had. I've had it done many times, in various salons and various stylists, and Rosa has by far been the best one yet. She's been the best stylist I've had in a long time. She's smart, honest, and is very good at what she does. She didn't cut any corners, she paid attention to detail, and was a good listener, which are important qualities for a stylist that I don't often find. I will definitely be coming back to her for my hair needs! Thank you Rosa and Level 10 Salon for the great experience!"

"The worst experience ever/are you ready to come 3 times to the salon to fix your hair? I came to make my hair lighter before vacation so I booked highlights (I had highlights from before, sandy color) Rosa was my stylist. My hair came out yellowish in the front, and later at home I saw dark spots in the forehead which made me look like a cheetah. On the next day Rosa applied tone and my hair came out silversh. So I left the salon hearing that I have to wash my hair several times and it will look better. As nobody was at the reception that day, I took a contact with them later. They don't have a refund policy and so they invited me to come by again, which would be the 3rd time. Unacceptable! Unprofessional to admit the error. Save your money and time! Find a worthwhile salon"

"I haven’t gotten a haircut in 2 years! I was so nervous. Kai was so sweet! I showed her a video of what I wanted (long layers/curtain bangs). I told her I wanted to keep my length. She did an amazing job!! I seriously loved my haircut and the tips she gave me to style it on my own. I’m so thankful she respected my wish to keep length but also managed to make a huge difference with my hair overall. It was just overall a great environment of so much positivity and radiance. Seriously, I will definitely be making this my go to salon! Thank you so much ladies! I’ll definitely be recommending this salon to others as well!!!!"

"All staffs are very nice and friendly and professional. Their reservation service is very organized, and the website is very convenient and has no more charges and no push sales. You feel very comfortable. They also provide spa service and are very professional and peaceful. I require taking blackhead off service and no more charge. The indoors are very pretty and comfortable. My experience is very great and strongly recommend you come here to make yourself more beautiful!"
