"I called before making an appt if they took my insurance and gave her all my card info (thinking she would call and check). She told me they did so I made the appointment. After the visit I was told my insurance only covers $40 since they are out of network and I owed $300 for a contact appointment!? This is a shady practice. You can't tell people they take your insurance when that's not entirely true since you are out of network. Have your office staff be verifying insurance and informing clients before the appointment! I would have turned around! Now I'm out $300 when it would have been a small copay somewhere else!"
