"I was a patient of Dr. Gore’s until I was referred to Dr. Phillips at Vanderbilt Nashville. Dr. Phillips abruptly left Vanderbilt, they made a choice to send me to a different Rheumatologist. I wanted to go back to Dr Gore. They made me an appointment & then decided to cancel me as a patient! How can this happen? How can this happen to a patient that has been a patient of Vanderbilt, I had wanted a particular Doctor & then they CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT LEAVING ME TO FIND A DIFFERENT Rheumatologist! I have always chosen my own doctors! I have no say in the matter! This makes a person that needs a specialist & has no rights to choose! Unacceptable!!! Leaves you feeling discarded!!"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I advise you to find another clinic. I've NEVER been treated like the trash I was treated like today. The most HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF, no one can be bothered to help you and no one cares about you either. I beg you to find someplace else to go. If this review turns at least one person away for this clinic then I will be happy. Maybe it was good a year ago, but now is all that matters."
"I have been seeing Dr Gore and Julie Barnes for almost a decade, they are both absolutely wonderful! They always treat me with respect and listen to me when I tell them what I am experiencing. They are very patient and listen to your concerns etc, and in turn I can't recall a time where I waited longer than 15 to 20 mins max to be seen! Their nurses and office staff are wonderful too! Just an all around great practice, eventhough their practice is not always a cut and dry profession, with auto immune diseases everyone presents differently! Thanks to all of them for all they do!!!"
"Dr Douglas and the staff I have interacted with over the last several years has been excellent. Dr. Douglas listens and works very hard to help with pain and limited movement that cannot be completely diagnosed by today’s test methods; discussing everything available for treatment, listening, and encouraging. He is pleasant, thoughtful, and does not rush. I highly recommend him."
