"Moved here from out of town a few months ago and I love it. It's in a quiet part of Madison believe it or not and it's close to several shopping centers. The apartments are well kept and you get a great value for your money. Wouldn't recommend a first floor unit but to each it's own. The staff are always professional and the renting process went smoothly. There was a waitlist but luckily there was a unit available within weeks! So stay optimistic! The property is well kept and maintenance does their best to fix things promptly. I enjoy being a resident and would definitely recommend it to people who are new to Nashville as a starter apartment. "They gave me a tour, and for about 2 weeks they worked with me and had me provide so much extra unnecessary information. None of the complexes that offered a lease to me never asked for this much information. I explained to them from the start that my time to move was limited. However, they dragged the process on just to tell me no a days before I have to leave my current home. They were never going to rent to me and they knew it from the start. They sent the denial letter immediately after we hung up the phone. This company will waste your time for no apparent reason. Also, you will never get to meet the actual property manager, just a bunch of random office employees who speak for him/her. I can never understand how a company can deny someone for "income" when I literally offered 2 months of rent in advance. Save yourself the time, this leasing office is discriminating against poc and its obvious."

"These are some of the nastiness apartments I've ever been in, not just seen. They don't respond unless they want rent or want you to renew. They allow mold, mildew, and moisture to grow in the walls and ceiling. They never tend to their part of upkeep and maintenance. I would never recommend these to anyone. Sad sad sad"

"So, this happened YEARS ago when I lived there, but here we go. These apartments can bite the big one. Not only did they CONSTANTLY enter my place when I worked night shift but they also don’t follow their own rules. I (a young man) had just started a mobile welding company and bought an older truck to drive my equipment wherever. The truck had trouble passing emissions, and I struggled to get a plate for the truck. Either way each resident was entitled 2 parking spaces each. Apparently not having a plate was enough for them to screw me. Had it towed in the dead of night along with 1000s of dollars worth of equipment and tools. I was a young man trying to make something of myself and they gave not even an apology for setting me back years. I truly hope they crash and burn."
