"Please stay far away from this place! Shelli the landlord does absolutely nothing for the tenants. I’ve had a hole in my roof leaking rainwater for over 3 weeks. A neighbor has a son who constantly trashes the parking lot and Shelli refuses to do anything about it so I had to confront him. When I confronted him, I was threatened with gun and he threaten to shoot me. I then contacted the office & the police on many different occasions. Shelli has done absolutely nothing to protect me in fact, this guy still lives here 15ft away from me & is not even on the lease! I have to look over my shoulder every night when I get home! You’ve been warned this place is an absolute dump and Shelli is the absolute worst! The housing market is out of control us everyday working people work extremely hard for our money & we don’t deserve SLUM LORDS. Save your money and go live somewhere else with your dignity!"
