"I was one of the first applicants before they opened when my then neighbor here on Hart lane applied, moved in a month later and I supposed he's still there. Applied again, left 7 msgs, STILL no follow up - but after these reviews i'm reading....I THINK I might be better off on Hart Lane. It is at least not noisy and for a senior like me, NO kids.."
